Vishal Shah

Vishal Shah is an experienced leader in data strategy and operations, currently serving as VP of GTM Data and Ops at BetterUp since November 2025. Prior to this role, Vishal held several key positions, including Director of Strategy and Insights at Handshake, where a focus on early talent recruiting insights was emphasized through product development and go-to-market initiatives. Previous experience includes Vice President of Organizational Performance at College Track, where an internal consulting and data strategy team was established, and Chief Data and Information Officer at Summit Public Schools, responsible for tech and data strategy across a charter network. Vishal’s background also includes consulting roles at The Bridgespan Group and Cambridge Associates, as well as teaching mathematics at Teach For America. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Educational Leadership, an MBA from the Haas School of Business, and a Master of Science in Teaching.
