Dae Son has been in the marketing and revenue field for over 14 years. In 2006, they began their career as a Marketing Analyst at AIG. Dae then moved on to Kitara Media in 2010 as a Marketing Manager. In 2013, they became an Email Marketing Manager at DraftStreet. One year later, they were promoted to Director of Digital Media at DraftKings, Inc. In 2018, they became the Vice President of Performance Marketing at William Hill. In 2020, they were hired as the Vice President Marketing at The Action Network and was also appointed as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Chief Marketing Officer at BettorView.
Dae Son attended Rutgers University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
