Alla M.

Alla M. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Alla began their career at GfK in 2009, where they worked in data base analysis for a year. In 2011, they transitioned to DNA Trading as a Business Partner Manager, focusing on drafting contracts and providing consultation about software provided by IBM. Alla then completed an internship at Ingosstrakh in the Department of monitoring and management methodology of agro-industrial insurance.

Starting in 2013, Alla joined Ipsos ASI as a Client Service Assistant, managing research projects from design to data analysis, reporting, and presentation. At The Central Bank of the Russian Federation, they served as a 1 category expert, participating in the drafting of federal laws and regulations related to actuarial activities. Alla also contributed to the development of qualification exams and prepared various documents on departmental activities.

From 2015 to 2016, Alla worked at Profi Online Research as an Analyst, responsible for the development of tools, questionnaires, and control of research projects. Alla also conducted analysis using SPSS and Excel and formatted databases/tables.

Continuing their career, Alla joined IMS Health in 2016 as a Database Analyst, performing data analysis tasks until 2018. Alla then joined SowiesoHelder as a Web Developer, where they mostly focused on web development projects for a year. Following that, Alla worked at Bluedesk as a Frontend Developer for several months before joining Betty Blocks in 2020 as a Full Stack Developer, where they are currently employed.

Alla M. attended Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained a specialist degree in mathematics in economics. During this time, they also pursued additional education in the German language. In 2013 to 2014, they studied at Universität Rostock, specializing in Wirtschaftsmathematik (Applied mathematics ) without obtaining a degree. In 2020 to 2021, they attended Taleninstituut Brederode, focusing on Business English but did not obtain a degree.

Alla M. has also obtained several certifications. In 2010, they received a DSH certification from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. In 2019, they completed various JavaScript courses, including JavaScript: Classes, JavaScript: Scope, JavaScript: Prototypes, and Learning Functional Programming with JavaScript, from Lynda.com.
