Niels Schilder

Niels Schilder has worked in various roles in the financial and customer service industries since 2014. Niels began their career as an HR Advisor at NGA Human Resources in 2014, followed by a role as a Medewerker Financial Economic Crime at ING in 2015. In the same year, they also worked as a Medewerker Klantenservice & Order Desk at BinckBank, a Client Service Desk Medewerker at Delta Lloyd, and a Financieel Trainee Bank & Verzekering at TPS B.V. In 2016, they worked as a Casebehandelaar at Zilveren Kruis, a Medewerker Customer Due Diligence at BinckBank N.V., and a Klantcoach Hypotheken at HUISMERK. From 2017-2019, they worked as a Partner Account Executive, Account Executive, and Business Consultant at Betty Blocks. In 2019, they also began working as a Football Advisor at Freelance Football Scout.

Niels Schilder completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) at HBO Bedrijfskunde, Management, Economie & Recht from 2009 to 2013. During this time, they also completed a Minor at the Riga Technical University from 2012 to 2013 and a Minor in Applied Psychology from 2012 to 2012. In 2015, they obtained WFT Vermogen, WFT Hypothecair Krediet, and WFT Basis certifications from Dienst Uitvoering Onderwijs (DUO). Niels also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration certification from INHOLLAND in 2013.
