Currently serving as the Customer Service Support Manager at Bettys & Taylors of Harrogate, Suzi leads a team to ensure exceptional customer service during peak periods. Previously, at Pure Collection Ltd, Suzi held the role of Customer Service Learning and Development Coach/Trainer, focusing on call quality checks and training modules. Prior to that, Suzi worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Quantica Healthcare, matching healthcare candidates to suitable positions. Suzi attended Bryn Hafren school for girls.
