Mostafa Abdel-Malek

Mostafa Abdel-Malek is an experienced operations manager and voice network engineer with over a decade in the telecommunications field. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Bevatel and Bavaya Unified Advanced Solutions, Mostafa leads IT teams and oversees contact center solutions design and integration. Previous roles include Sr. Voice Network Engineer at Sahab Technology, where responsibilities encompassed various telecom services and internal server monitoring, as well as positions at the Ministry of Health - Bahrain and Zajil Telecom focusing on network engineering and troubleshooting. Mostafa holds a BSc in Communications and Electronics from Alexandria University.
