Vanessa's extensive experience in human resources includes roles such as Regional HR Business Partner at Anheuser-Busch InBev and Organizational Development Consultant at South African Breweries, focusing on HR processes, change management, and organizational readiness. Vanessa's educational credentials include a PhD in Organisational Behaviour from the University of Pretoria and a Master's in Human Resource Management from the Central University of Technology, Free State.
