Jon Spencer is currently the Head of Operations at Bevie, previously holding the same position at The Patchwork Traditional Foods Company and Salisbury poultry. Before that, Jon was a Project Manager at Salisbury poultry and then a Factory/General Manager at Dunbia Group. Prior to that, Jon served as a Factory Manager at both 2 Sisters Food Group and ViON Corporation. He attended Reaseheath College from 2012 to 2014 and Ysgol Creuddyn from 1988 to 1995. Jon's responsibilities include overseeing site operations, managing costs, raw materials, labour, quality, training, and Health & Safety.
