Ineke Verdonkschot

Ineke Verdonkschot is an experienced professional in leadership, governance, and human resources. Currently serving as a Fellow at Phyleon leadership & governance since March 2021, Verdonkschot also holds a position as a Board Member at Bevrijdingspop Haarlem and works as an Executive Coach at Ienmotion. Previously, Verdonkschot was VP of HR Operations at Albert Heijn, overseeing HR for 700 supermarkets and 84,000 associates. Additional roles include Senior Director of HR Expertise for Europe at Ahold and various marketing positions at Albert Heijn, where Verdonkschot developed expertise in brand identity and store communication. With a Master's degree in Business Economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Verdonkschot has further enhanced professional knowledge through executive education at prestigious institutions, including INSEAD and Harvard Business School.
