Robertha Phillips

Robertha Phillips has over 16 years of work experience in the financial industry. Robertha began their career in 2005 as a Senior Finance Manager-Investment Optimization for American Express. In this role, they oversaw all Investment Optimization functions in the region and was responsible for the annual Planning and Forecasting of over $200 million in new Acquisition, Customer Loyalty, Technology and Operation investments.

In 2009, Robertha joined HomeServe USA as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. In this role, they were responsible for the monthly preparation of corporate budgets, rolling forecasts and variance explanations for review by senior management. Robertha also prepared detailed financial analysis of the P&L and summarized complex data, ideas, and concepts into meaningful and concise financial reports.

In 2014, Robertha moved to FirstService Residential as a Director of FP&A. In this role, they also held the positions of Manager Financial Planning Analysis and Senior Financial Analyst.

Most recently, Robertha joined Bevy as the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis in 2021.

Robertha Phillips has an MBA from the University of Miami Herbert Business School in Finance, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with Honors from The University of the West Indies, Mona in Mathematics, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Miami in Accounting and Finance.
