Andrea Green, RPA, has extensive experience in property appraisal and construction management. Since October 2012, Andrea has served as a Personal Property Appraiser at Bexar Appraisal District, progressing through various appraisal roles including Senior Residential Appraiser and Residential Appraiser. Prior to this, Andrea held positions in construction management, including Project Engineer at Garcia Construction Group and Project Administrator at Orion Military Construction Services, Inc. Additionally, Andrea has volunteered with DIAMOND DACHSHUND RESCUE since May 2016, engaging in fostering, social media outreach, and fundraising efforts. Andrea's educational background includes an Associate's degree in English from Palo Alto College and coursework in Business at Northwest Vista Community College.

The Appraisal District is governed by a Board of Directors who appoints the Chief Appraiser to serve as the chief administrator of the appraisal office.
