Mario Mancha, RPA, serves as the Commercial Department Director at Bexar County Appraisal District since January 2017 and has held the position of Commercial Dept. Operations Supervisor as well. With extensive experience dating back to October 2004, Mario has also worked as a Senior Commercial Appraiser at Bexar Appraisal District. Prior to that, Mario was a Commercial Appraiser at Dallas Central Appraisal District from May 2002 to October 2004. Educationally, Mario holds a degree in Finance with a focus on Commercial Appraisal from The University of Texas at San Antonio, completed in 2002.
