Matan Efraim

Matan Efraim is an experienced System Engineer currently employed at BEYEONICS™ since June 2022. Prior to this role, Matan co-founded and served as CEO of Phlebot Ltd., where responsibilities included creating a comprehensive business plan and overseeing product development from ideation to MVP. Matan's tenure at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems from January 2014 to October 2021 involved roles as Algorithm Developer and Team Leader, where Matan transformed product requirements into actionable tasks, mentored engineers, and managed product life cycles. Matan also held the position of Thermal Mechanical Engineer, focusing on design and simulation of thermal solutions. Matan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, completed in 2014.
