Sivan Karabaki

Sivan Karabaki has extensive experience in the field of human resources, spanning over two decades. Sivan is currently serving as the VP of HR at BEYEONICS. Prior to this role, they worked at Sonova Group as the Human Resources Director from 2016 to 2021. Before that, they were the HR Business Partner at Syneron Candela from 2013 to 2016. Sivan also has experience in training and qualification of employees, recruitment process, welfare activities, and organizational development as they worked at Medingo from 2009 to 2013. Sivan started their career in the Army as an Educational Officer from 2001 to 2006 and also had a role in administration at RDC & 3DV Systems from 2006 to 2009.

Sivan Karabaki pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Human Resources from the University of Haifa from 2009 to 2011. Later on, they enrolled in the University of Haifa again and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from 2012 to 2013.
