Wei Chen

Wei Chen 陳薇荃 is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in lead generation, partner acquisition, community coordination, and operations management. Currently serving as the Lead Generation specialist at Beyond Academy since March 2023, Wei Chen is responsible for identifying potential partners and nurturing leads. As the Founder of Parkside International Education, Wei Chen connects international families in Tokyo. Previous roles include Head of Operations at Iines & Reija, Co-Organizer for the Takeoff Tokyo Pitch Event and Builders Weekend, and People Operations Partner at Recursive. Wei Chen also has a strong educational background, holding advanced degrees from the University of Cambridge and Temple University Japan, with additional studies at the Fashion Institute of Technology and Seattle Central College.
