Cameron DiFalco has a diverse work experience starting with their role as a Retail Assistant at Target during high school. Cameron then worked as a Stock Control Assistant at The Jewellery Group while studying for their HR degree. Following that, they served as a Table Service Assistant at Matchroom and a Warehouse Assistant/Property Stylist at Dressed for Sale >> Property Styling.

Cameron gained significant HR experience at OTR, where they progressed from a Human Resources Assistant to a Human Resources Administrator and eventually a Human Resources Coordinator. Cameron further expanded their HR expertise as an HR Business Manager at Aver Plan Managers.

To enhance their HR skills, Cameron took on the role of Human Resources Coordinator (Return to Work Advisor) at UrbanVirons Group, where they gained exposure to safety and return-to-work procedures. Cameron then moved on to Lucent Advisory Pty Ltd as a Human Resources Consultant, where they managed multiple HRIS software projects.

In addition to their HR roles, Cameron founded Job Ready, where they offered their expertise in crafting resumes and cover letters to friends and family, helping them secure desirable employment opportunities. Most recently, they joined Beyond Bank Australia as a People Systems and Data Analyst.

Throughout their work experience, Cameron has consistently shown a strong interest in HR analytics, systems management, and recruitment.

Cameron DiFalco began their education at Nazareth Catholic College, where they obtained their High School Diploma from 2010 to 2014. They then continued their education at the University of South Australia, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management from 2015 to 2019.

In 2023, Cameron enrolled at the University of Adelaide and completed a Diploma in Data Analytics within the same year.

Additionally, Cameron has obtained several certifications. In 2022, they received the Return to Work Coordinator certification from ReturnToWorkSA. In 2021, they obtained the NDIS Worker Check, New Worker Induction Module, Quality, Safety and You - NDIS Worker Orientation Module, and Working With Children certifications from various institutions affiliated with the Australian Government Department of Human Services and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. In 2020, they completed training in Fire Warden and Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED from Time Education and Training.
