Daniel Saharudin

Daniel Saharudin has a diverse work experience. Daniel is currently working as a Project Support Specialist at Beyond Bank Australia since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Telstra from July 2020 to September 2022, where they held multiple roles including NBN Migrations Specialist, Subject Matter Expert, and Customer Service Operations Specialist. At Telstra, they gained experience in customer orders management, customer support, customer escalation, and customer service management.

Before joining Telstra, Daniel worked at Jacksons Motor Inn as a Front Desk Receptionist and Travel Industry Sales Analyst from February 2017 to July 2020, where they demonstrated skills in promoting and selling accommodation services and facilities. Daniel also worked at MYER as a Retail Specialist from August 2016 to December 2016, where they provided exceptional customer service, handled register operations, and maintained store presentation standards.

In addition, Daniel has entrepreneurial experience as the Creator and Manager of an online shop called @kedaiseluarlelaki (Pants Shop) from October 2015 to July 2016. Daniel also served as a Peer Tutor for Calculus at INTI International University from January 2016 to May 2016, where they helped students excel in Calculus subjects.

Earlier in their career, Daniel worked as a Semi-skilled Worker at Worldline Corporation SDN. BHD. from January 2014 to June 2015, where they gained experience in warehouse stock handling, product labeling, and communication skills.

Daniel Saharudin obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Adelaide from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in the American Degree Transfer Program, specifically in Arts, from INTI between 2014 and 2015. Daniel also attended Banting Science School from 2012 to 2013, where they completed their High School education with a focus on Pure Science. Daniel previously attended Seri Sepang School from 2009 to 2011 for their High School education. Daniel's educational journey began at Chio Chiao Chinese Primary School from 2002 to 2008, where they completed their Primary School education with a focus on Chinese Education.

In addition to their formal education, Daniel obtained a certification in Learning ServiceNow through LinkedIn in August 2022.
