Nikki Barua

Nikki Barua is the CEO & Co-Founder at Beyond Barriers, an early-stage Future of Work tech company. Nikki is also the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at Team LPAC, a board member at Switch, and the author of the bestselling book "Beyond Barriers." Nikki has a background in contributing writing for Thrive Global and has served on the Board of Directors for WIN: Women in Innovation. Nikki's previous experience includes being the CEO & Co-Founder of Beyond Barriers Media and BeyondCurious, as well as holding positions at SapientNitro and Compuware Corporation. Nikki holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Mumbai, an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, and an MDE from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
