Elysabeth Alfano

Elysabeth Alfano is a plant-based business consultant and media commentator who has dedicated their career to promoting plant-based living. Elysabeth is the founder of Plant Powered Consulting, a plant-based news, food, and business expert for WGN Radio AM 720, and the creator and independent producer of WTTW/Chicago PBS. Elysabeth has also written for vegconomist - the vegan business magazine, The Beet, and GlassWall Syndicate. In addition to their work in the media, Elysabeth is also a host on WCGO Radio & Syndicated and a plant-based trends contributor for The Plantbased Business Hour with Elysabeth Alfano.

Elysabeth Alfano has a Master of Business Administration from Thunderbird School of Global Management, a BA in Liberal Arts from Northwestern University, and degrees in Italian and Art Elysabeth'story from the University of Pennsylvania and Université Paris-Sorbonne.
