Giovanna Rigon

Giovanna Rigon is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in business partnership and human resources management. Currently serving as the Global P&C Business Partner for Lithography and IT at Beyond Gravity since February 2023, Giovanna previously held the role of Senior HRBP for Sales & Marketing within the same company. With prior positions at Kopter Group AG as HR Business Partner providing strategic HR support, and at Canon Schweiz AG as a temporary HR Business Partner, Giovanna has demonstrated expertise in advising on labor laws and corporate policies.
