Kelly Bachand

Kelly Bachand is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Head of Operations - Sr. Manager at Beyond Gravity since February 2024, focusing on the launch and production ramp-up of a new factory. Prior to this, Kelly spent nearly 12 years at Aerojet Rocketdyne, where roles included Manufacturing Operations Manager, where responsibilities involved site startup and transitioning manufacturing, and Senior Project Engineer, leading a project on a Hall thruster system. Kelly's background includes progressive positions in electrical engineering, culminating in a robust foundation in systems engineering and operations management, supported by a Master’s in Systems Engineering and Engineering Management from Drexel University and a Bachelor's in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Washington.
