Jack started their career as a Production Assistant at ZeroSpace, where they assisted with set preparation and supported the production team. Following this, they worked as a Marketing Intern at Rollo, where they conducted consumer research, developed marketing plans, and collaborated with the CEO and messaging team to establish the brand identity.

In 2020, Jack took on the role of a Summer Intern at Idealab, gaining exposure to different aspects of business operations. Jack also worked as a Seasonal Educator at lululemon, where they provided customer assistance, processed transactions, and maintained store inventory.
