Jeffrey Daman

Jeffrey Daman serves as Of Counsel at Marks, O'Neill, O'Brien, Doherty & Kelly, P.C. since March 2023 and is a Partner at Daman and Associates since July 2011, where Jeffrey leads the corporate and bankruptcy teams, focusing on forming and structuring companies, contract review and drafting, as well as advising on financing alternatives and negotiating mergers and acquisitions. Daman also holds a position as a Board Member for Beyond Literacy, a non-profit organization dedicated to adult literacy and workforce development, and has previous experience as an Associate at McCarter & English, LLP and Dechert LLP, where Jeffrey specialized in commercial litigation and complex commercial transactions. Daman earned a JD and MA in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania and holds a BA in Political Science and Economics from the same institution.
