They are looking for an outstanding individual to join the team located in Devault, PA (28 miles West of Philadelphia) as a Financial Analyst.

This position will support all manufacturing locations within the area to meet financial targets and strengthen controls within the NetSuite ERP environment. The Financial Analyst will become the subject matter expert (SME) on the internal inventory system, NetSuite ERP, and be able to troubleshoot and escalate system issues when they arise. This individual will also be a key supporter to the operations team in improving plant performance. The position requires a broad business perspective and fundamental skills to manage inventory, financial reporting, budgets, fixed assets, and product costs.

TASKS, DUTIES, & GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor, audit, and reconcile inventory at all manufacturing sites, internal warehouses, and third-party storage facilities, within local area
  • Lead the quarter end physical count and respond to the internal and external auditors
  • Create cycle count sheets and delegate tasks for inventory monitoring
  • Run analytic reports for adjustments and/or inventory discrepancies
  • Validate manufacturing production, material consumption, and yield
  • SOX compliance: implement and or create controls as directed by the internal controls team GL accounting and audit of expenses for multiple locations Identify and implement process improvements or standard creation
  • Validate Bills of Material for production stock keeping units
  • Prepare expense reports and chargebacks to departments
  • Ability to develop and or maintain financial models Track production of products at multiple manufacturing facilities
  • Frequent communications with employees on the production floors
  • Create and/or develop reports for operational metric tracking and leadership review
  • Assist in creating financial forecasting for business needs
  • Adhere to all facility policies concerning safety, security, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  • Performs other duties, as assigned, and follows through on requests in a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Technical Skills, and/or Previous Experience

  • B.S. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field required
  • 2+ years minimum of manufacturing and/or related accounting experience required
  • NetSuite experience is preferred**,** comparable ERP system experience is vital for success in this position
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing accounting and strong operational knowledge
  • Strong understanding of inventory control and data analysis
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and corporate financial policies
  • Strong cost, managerial accounting exposure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and team leadership skills, ability to work cross-functionally
  • Self-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced business

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Onsite 5 days a week at our Devault, PA location
  • Position located in a mix of office, production, and warehouse environments and requires a tolerance for cold work environments (-10-40˚ F), high worker traffic, loud noises, odors, dust, and varying room temperatures
  • Warehouse, and production manufacturing environment that includes both tempered and ambient areas

  • Position requires the ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods, step, balance, crouch, stoop, kneel, squat, bend, must be able to lift minimal 50 lbs. consistently, reach above shoulders, or as needed to complete tasks
  • Must be able to occasionally climb stairs or a ladder to complete tasks
  • This position will be required to visit the production floor, refrigerated and frozen storage, and warehouses
  • Work flexible shifts as required
  • Understand that occasional weekends and/or worked holidays will be required based on Company needs
