Bernard Susai is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Sr. Director and Head of Engineering at Beyond Meat since March 2022. Prior roles include Director and Head of Engineering at Curation Foods, where responsibilities included managing capital activities for a $500M fresh-cut and frozen food business. At The Clorox Company, Bernard served as Engineering Manager for Plant Operations, overseeing all capital project activities for a $600M food portfolio. Additional experience includes program management at The Kraft Heinz Company and roles focused on equipment development at The J.M. Smucker Company, Frito Lay, and Nestlé Purina North America. Bernard holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, cum laude, from Howard University and is currently pursuing further education at Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business.
