Beatriz Zabalegui Marco has a diverse work experience, starting from 2005 as a Hostess in conferences and social events at Ylaluna. Beatriz then worked as a Swimming pool lifeguard at AQUASPORT from 2004 to 2008. From 2009 to 2010, they served as a Teachers and students support as part of a scholarship of collaboration at Universidad Publica de Navarra. Beatriz then worked as a Commercial and administrative assistant at TEVEA International from 2009 to 2010, where they handled VAT refund and fiscal representation, commercial development in Hispanic countries, and administrative management of foreign entities.

In 2010, Beatriz started working at El Naturalista-Calzado as an International Executive Account. Their responsibilities included establishing sales and distribution objectives, coordinating and assisting the sales agencies team, and managing international accounts and distribution in France, Benelux, Japan, Canada, and the Mediterranean markets.

From 2014 to 2018, Beatriz worked as a Spain & LATAM Marketing and Communications Manager at iAdvize, a conversational marketing platform. Their role involved handling marketing and communications for the Spanish and Italian markets, and they were responsible for major brands like Decathlon, Disney, Air France, Fnac, BBVA, Tous, and The Phone House.

Beatriz then joined iCIMS in 2018 as a Marketing Manager Spain, implementing the 360º marketing and communication plan. In 2020, after iCIMS acquired Easyrecrue, they became the Senior Marketing Manager Iberia & Latam, designing marketing and communication strategies to achieve local objectives.

Currently, Beatriz is working at Beyond as a Senior Content Marketing Manager since 2023. Their main goal is to implement and measure the content strategy based on customer needs, market trends, product functionalities, and competitive forces to drive thought-leadership, customer acquisition, and success in EMEA.

In 2022, they also served as a Member at Nova Talent.

From 2005 to 2010, they attended Universidad Pública de Navarra, where they obtained a Licentiate degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
