Brooke Williams

Brooke Williams has a diverse work experience across various industries. Brooke started their career in 2012 as an Assistant Teacher at First Step Preschool, where they worked until 2014. In 2016, they joined Southeast Missouri State University as a Student Worker in Career Services, a position they held until 2018.

In 2017, Brooke took on an internship as a Human Resources Intern at Bell American Group LLC. During their time there, they completed HR audits, assisted with training classes, and worked on employee relations issues. Brooke left the company after three months.

From 2018 to 2021, Brooke worked at Bullhorn in different roles. Brooke started as a Recruiting Coordinator in 2018 and was promoted to Talent Acquisition Specialist in 2019. In 2020, they became a Talent Acquisition Business Partner I until their departure in 2021.

In 2018, they also briefly worked as a Peak Time Teller at U.S. Bank for five months.

Most recently, Brooke joined Beyond in 2021, where they started as a Recruiter and eventually became a Senior Recruiter. In 2023, they assumed the role of Lead Recruiter. Beyond is a Revenue Management Platform for short-term rental owners and managers.

Overall, Brooke has gained experience in various recruitment and HR-related roles, demonstrating their adaptability and growth in the field.

Brooke Williams earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Southeast Missouri State University. Brooke attended the university from 2014 to 2018. In addition, they obtained a certification in "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" from LinkedIn in October 2020.
