Customer Service Support Manager at Beyond

Lauren Jackson's work experience began in 2011 at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago, where they held multiple roles, including Coordinator: School, Teacher, Family, and Youth Programs. During their time there, they established and implemented administrative procedures and policies, researched and corresponded with institutions for student outreach programs, and built production timelines for youth and family programming. In 2015, they joined The Art Institute of Chicago as the Youth and Studio Programs Manager, where they designed and implemented programs to increase youth audience engagement. Lauren also managed relationships with staff, youth, and alumni. In 2018, Lauren became the Assistant Manager of Portfolio Programs at Marwen, where they managed youth and developed a production system to track program outputs. Lauren also project managed and produced large-scale events. In 2019, they joined Hireology as a Senior Implementation Manager, responsible for onboarding new customers and managing a book of business. Lauren was also the team lead for the Implementation department, working closely with the Product team. Currently, Lauren is working at Beyond Pricing as a Senior Customer Support Specialist.

Lauren Jackson completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art from Truman State University from 2005 to 2011. Lauren also pursued a minor in Business Administration during their time at the university. In October 2022, Lauren obtained a Google UX Design Certificate from Coursera. Additionally, in April 2022, they obtained a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for All Learning Path Certification from LinkedIn.
