Rita Carvalho

Rita Carvalho has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Rita is currently employed at Beyond as an Engineering Manager since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Talkdesk as an Engineering Manager from September 2020 to September 2021. Before becoming an Engineering Manager, Rita held the role of Associate Engineering Manager at Talkdesk from November 2019 to September 2020. Rita initially started their career at Talkdesk as a QA Specialist from March 2018 to November 2019.

Before joining Talkdesk, Rita worked at Farfetch as a Test Engineer from June 2015 to March 2018. Prior to that, they gained experience at Collab as a Trainee - Quality Assurance from August 2013 to June 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Researcher at 3B's Research Group from February 2013 to July 2013.

Rita Carvalho completed their education history with a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Biomedical Engineering from Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Rita attended the university from 2005 to 2012. In addition, they pursued a PGG (Programa Geral de Gestão) degree at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics starting in 2014, with no specified end year.

Furthermore, Rita Carvalho obtained the ISTQB® Foundation Level certification from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in November 2014.
