Paul Croker

Paul Croker has extensive experience in operations and management within the food manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Operations Director at Beyond the Bean Ltd since November 2023, Paul has previously held significant positions including Site General Manager at Premier Foods from July 2018 to November 2023, and Factory Manager at Beyond the Bean Ltd from January 2017 to July 2018. Prior roles include Factory Director and Engineering Manager at Crown Pet Foods - Royal Canin from October 2006 to December 2016, and Engineering Manager at Northern Foods and English Provender Company from 2005 to 2006. Additionally, Paul spent 16 years at Nestle S.A. in various Engineering and Production roles, starting in August 1988.
