Eilen Yu

Eilen Yu is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director and HR Business Partner at Beyond Yoga since October 2023. Previously, Eilen held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Levi Strauss & Co. from July 2015 to October 2023, where responsibilities included managing compensation and benefits programs across the US, Canada, and LATAM, as well as serving as the HR Business Partner to a regional director and multiple district managers overseeing a significant retail presence. Prior to that, Eilen worked as a Sr. HR Coordinator at L Brands from June 2010 to April 2015, supporting a diverse range of functions for over 175 associates. Eilen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
