Zach Daley

Zach Daley is a seasoned UX Product Design Lead with extensive experience in mobile and web design across multiple industries. Currently at Beyond, Inc. since August 2020, Zach has successfully led the design of core mobile app features, driving a revenue increase of over $40 million and enhancing app store rankings through strategic collaboration and data-driven decision-making. Previously, at Overstock.com, Zach spearheaded search and navigation initiatives that generated over $12 million in conversions. With a history of innovative design roles at companies such as Oxyfresh and Rainmaker Creative, Zach has demonstrated a strong ability to oversee complete design processes, from conceptualization to implementation, while consistently focusing on user engagement and business goals. Zach holds a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communication Design from Eastern Washington University.
