Carrie Stiles

Carrie Stiles has more than 13 years of focused experience in talent acquisition and recruitment serving in both multi-billion-dollar enterprises and startup environments. Carrie’s industry experience includes PAM identity management, professional services, legal eDiscovery, manufacturing, and federal government contract fulfillment. As Director of Talent Acquisition, Carrie is charged with building out BID’s talent acquisition structures including ATS administration and optimization, scaling the recruitment function, streamlining processes, and leading the global TA team.

Prior to BeyondID, Carrie served in various director and TA management roles in SaaS at Delinea (formerly Thycotic/Centrify), PagerDuty, Epiq Global and has strong experience creating customized recruitment strategies for niche roles in tight candidate markets. Carrie has earned an MBA with a concentration in public administration and holds recruitment and interview certifications as well as a CLSP.
