Richard Zheng

Richard Zheng has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Richard began their career as the Founder/CEO of China Garden, successfully managing three restaurants and achieving a 15% profit margin. Richard then worked as a Software Developer at Digital Insight, where they implemented a central knowledge system and established online banking sites for over 50 financial institutions. At PricewaterhouseCoopers, they served as a Consultant, developing cost reduction and growth strategies for global energy providers and insurance companies. Richard later joined Great Wall Capital Partners as an Investment Manager, where they led venture investments and coached analysts on financial modeling and due diligence. Richard then worked at Kapsch TrafficCom North America as an M&A and Strategy Manager before joining ePals as a Corporate Development Director. At ePals, they executed a $12 million acquisition, established a joint venture in China, and strategically expanded the company's online platform. Richard then served as a Corporate Development Director at AstenJohnson and Lenovo before becoming the Head of Corporate Development at Beyondsoft, where they oversaw a broad range of IT services.

Prior to that, they obtained their MA in Internet Technology from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business in 2002.
