Valerie Clement

Valerie Clement has a strong background in recruitment with experience at Beyondsoft and Modis. At Beyondsoft, they worked as a Technical Recruiter and was responsible for developing tailored solutions for clients. Prior to that, they spent over a decade at Modis as a Senior Recruiter (Senior Resource Development Manager). In this role, they successfully recruited contract employees with varying skill sets and played a key role in growing a multi-million-dollar account. Valerie exceeded recruiting goals by utilizing online sourcing methods, cultivating relationships with local workforce for referrals, and networking.

Valerie Clement pursued their education at the University of Arizona from 2000 to 2005. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Retailing and Consumer Sciences.
