Timothy Burdon

Timothy Burdon has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Timothy began their career as an ICT Support, Implementation, and Development Officer at The Family Welfare Association in 2003. Timothy then moved on to Age Concern Herefordshire And Worcestershire, where they served as an ICT Development and Implementation Officer. During this time, they developed and implemented various ICT strategies and solutions for the organization.

In 2007, Timothy became a Freelance ICT Consultant, working under their own company, Aperio Software Solutions. Timothy provided consulting services in the field of ICT until 2012.

From 2012 to 2018, Timothy worked at Bomgar Corporation in various roles, including Professional Services EMEA and Director of Services, EMEA. Timothy was responsible for managing large deployments, improving customer experience, and training an international team of consultants and account managers.

Since 2018, Timothy has been working at BeyondTrust as a Director of Services, EMEA and currently holds the position of Director, Partner Success. Timothy'sresponsibilities at BeyondTrust involve overseeing successful delivery of implementations and developing new delivery processes. Timothy also played a crucial role in merging Professional Services across Avecto, Bomgar, and BeyondTrust.

Timothy Burdon obtained a BEng degree in Software Engineering from Aberystwyth University between 2001 and 2005. During their studies, they focused on various subjects including Java Development, Database Design, Engineering Theory, Formal Methods, PHP MySQL Development, and HCI. Timothy also holds additional certifications as a Bomgar Administrator from Bomgar Corporation and as an MBCS from BCS. The exact dates of obtaining these certifications are not specified.
