Till Kothe

Till Kothe has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Till is currently working as the CTO at beyonnex.io, where they are responsible for building the future IT infrastructure for the company. Prior to this, they served as the CTO at KALORIMETA GmbH and played a crucial role in developing the company's technological capabilities. Till also worked at 4finance as the Global Head of Software Development, where they led a team of 250 staff across multiple locations. Till also served as the CTO on an interim basis and was responsible for reorganizing the IT development function and implementing a new operating model. Before 4finance, Till held senior positions at Kreditech Holding SSL GmbH and worked as a management and technology consultant for startups. Till has also worked at EPIC Companies and Ginkgo Management Consulting GmbH. Till started their career at Deloitte Consulting GmbH and IBM Business Services GmbH / IBM Application Services GmbH, gaining valuable experience in the financial services industry and technology.

Till Kothe obtained a Diploma in Computer Science from the University of Hamburg, having studied from 2000 to 2005.
