Elena Aguirre Martín

Elena Aguirre Martín has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Elena currently works at BeZero Carbon, where they began as a Lead Decarbonisation Consultant in January 2021. Elena then progressed to become the Head of Decarbonisation Accounting in July 2021, followed by Co-Head of Net Zero Research from March 2022 to September 2022. Elena further advanced their career at BeZero Carbon by serving as the Head of Ratings Operations from September 2022 to April 2023, and they now hold the position of Director of Ratings Operations starting in April 2023.

Prior to their current role, Elena worked at Factor - Ideas for Change, starting as a Climate Change Consultant in July 2015.
