Lily Ginsberg-Keig is an accomplished Policy Manager at BeZero Carbon since July 2023. Previously, as a Climate Change Consultant at Arup, responsibilities included developing nature strategies, carbon offsetting strategies, and climate action plans. At the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs from April 2019 to January 2022, Lily served as an Advisor to the Minister for the Environment, focusing on renewable energy, sustainable development, and biodiversity, along with risk management in policy development. Additional roles have included Private Secretary to the Permanent Secretary during the Covid-19 pandemic, ensuring high-quality policy oversight, and serving as a Policy Advisor on EU strategy and negotiations. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Social and Cultural Anthropology with a focus on Environmental Anthropology from UCL and a BA in Anthropology and Sociology from The Australian National University.
