Gerard Massey

Gerard Massey is a seasoned technology operations professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Technology Operations at Bezos Academy since July 2020, Gerard also holds the position of Senior Systems Engineer within the organization. As a Board Member of the Mac Admins Foundation and the College of Communication & Information at Florida State University, Gerard contributes to both organizational development and community advancement. Additional roles include mentoring at Torch and hosting trivia events for District Trivia, showcasing a commitment to community engagement and knowledge sharing. Past engineering roles at Mercury Financial, Surge, LCG, Inc., and SAIC highlight expertise in endpoint protection, IT operations, and Apple device management. Gerard holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Communication Technology from Florida State University.
