Tara Romanoff

Tara Romanoff has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Tara currently serves as the Head of School at Bezos Academy since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Area Manager/Center Director at Ladybird Academy from August 2017 to January 2022. Tara also briefly served as the Center Director at Ladybird Academy Lake Nona in September and October 2017. Tara has previous experience as a Childcare Director at Kids R Kids from August 2016 to August 2017 and as a Child Care Director from July 2006 to July 2016. Before that, they worked as a Distributor/Advisor at Advocare from June 2013 to November 2014. Tara's earlier experience includes working at Disney World as part of Central Florida YMCA from July 2004 to July 2006 and at Marco Island YMCA from January 2001 to June 2004.

Tara Romanoff has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which they obtained from the University of Phoenix in the years 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in Child Development from Siena Heights University between 1989 and 1991. Tara later furthered their education at the same university, obtaining an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Child Development. In addition to their formal education, Tara Romanoff has also obtained the Florida Advanced Child Care Directors Credential from the Florida Department of Children and Families in July 2019.
