Danielle Dytang

Danielle (Nell) DyTang is an experienced professional in program operations and grants management, currently serving as a Grants Manager at the Bezos Family Foundation since April 2024. Previously, Danielle held the position of Program Operations Manager at Pathrise from August 2021 to April 2024, where key achievements included optimizing a mentorship model, enhancing customer service processes, and achieving substantial cost savings. Danielle also contributed as a Program Operations Associate at Pathrise, focusing on improving customer relations and increasing revenue through process audits. At STEM Paths Innovation Network, from September 2019 to August 2021, Danielle managed the SPIN Girls program, developing curricula and securing partnerships, which led to significant growth in program participation. Danielle's early career included a Policy & Advocacy Intern role at the Committee for Children, focusing on funding and policy analysis related to social emotional learning.
