Molly Winters Diallo is a seasoned educator and leader with extensive experience in various educational and civic roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Education at Junior Achievement of Greater Miami and as a Town Council Member for Bay Harbor Islands, Florida, Molly has demonstrated a commitment to education and community service. As an educator at Miami-Dade County Public Schools since 2004, Molly has been recognized as the 2019 Francisco R. Walker Teacher of the Year and has held positions in both teaching and administrative capacities, including Department Chair of Social Sciences. Molly's background also includes contributions as a Bezos Educator Scholar and a grant reviewer for the U.S. Department of Education. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Teaching from Tufts University, a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies from Mount Holyoke College, and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration from Barry University.
