Jacob Winiecki is a seasoned Senior Consultant at BFA Global, leading the Resilience+ Innovation Facility to enhance risk management strategies for smallholder farmers in Africa and Asia. With extensive experience in off-grid energy and digital finance, Jacob has served as a Consultant and Director of Innovation at various organizations, including Off.Grid:Electric and CGAP, where efforts centered on implementing pay-as-you-go solar solutions and promoting financial inclusion. Jacob co-founded Simpa Networks and has played key roles in early-stage financing and product management within the clean energy sector. Educational qualifications include a Masters of Public Administration from Columbia University and a B.S. in Financial Accounting from George Mason University.
