Patronella Shoko is an experienced HR professional with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Midlands State University. Currently serving as an Assistant HR Manager at BFG International since December 2017, Patronella specializes in various HR functions including recruitment, employee induction, training, employee relations, labor law compliance, and performance management. Previously, Patronella worked as a Human Resources and Administrative Assistant at Security Solutions W.L.L and as a Human Resources Assistant at National Railways of Zimbabwe, where responsibilities included job classification, payroll processing, and administrative duties. The career began with an internship at National Railways of Zimbabwe, building a strong foundation in HR practices.
