Taghrid Wannous is an experienced professional in human resources and business development, currently serving as Business Development Manager and HR & Administration Manager at BFG International since October 2020. As the Founder of Sham Center for Computer Technologies since September 2020, Taghrid has a strong entrepreneurial background. Previously, Taghrid has held various senior HR positions, including Director for Organization Development at Syria Trust for Development and Human Resources Director at Cham Wings Airlines, where responsibilities included strategic development of HR practices, change management, and organizational effectiveness. Taghrid's career also includes roles at Aramex and Hamsho International, where expertise in recruitment, training, policy implementation, and legislative compliance were developed. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Higher Institute of Business Administration and a BA in History from Damascus University.
