Joe Farinacci

Joe Farinacci has extensive work experience in various roles within the horticultural and supply chain industry. Joe served as the Director of New Market Development at BFG Supply Co, where they were responsible for leading market entry strategies and coordinating resources for successful market development efforts. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Indoor Growing at the same company, where they oversaw a team of customer service representatives and inside sales representatives across multiple locations. Joe also implemented operational metrics and processes to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Before joining BFG Supply Co, Joe worked as a Supply Chain Manager, Senior Staff Consultant, and Managing Director at Integrated Horticultural Alliance, where they focused on strategic planning, program management, and vendor relationship management. Joe also has experience as a Purchasing Manager at Shiffler Equipment Sales and a Merchandise Manager at PHD, Inc. Joe began their career as a Buyer at U.S. Garden Sales, Inc.

Joe Farinacci attended The Ohio State University from 1985 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a specialization in International Business. In addition, from 1988 to 1989, Joe also studied German Studies at the University of Hamburg.
