Violaine Badet

Violaine BADET is an experienced facilitator and project manager with a strong focus on social and environmental issues. Currently serving as the Atelier des Mille Pas facilitator at LES MILLE PAS, Violaine promotes gender equality through interactive play. At fertîles, the role of Responsable logistique et admin involves managing participant registrations and handling administrative and financial tasks. As a trainer for La Fresque du sexisme, Violaine leads workshops aimed at dismantling sexist mechanisms to envision an egalitarian society. Other roles include managing a market for local products with La Ruche qui dit Oui! and co-founding Magma, which addresses various social dominations through collective awareness and fun activities. Violaine has also facilitated Climate Fresk workshops and contributed to the programming at La base, focusing on social action and ecological initiatives. Educational credentials include an engineering degree from INSA Lyon and participation in a cooperation and engagement program at fertîles.
