Matthew Hall

Matthew Hall is a seasoned Policy Analyst with extensive experience in the public and private sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Policy Analyst at the British Film Institute since September 2021, Matthew previously held roles at Ofcom from September 2016 to August 2021, advancing from Policy Associate to Senior Associate. Earlier, a Customer Service Administrator at SecuriCare Medical for a temporary position in 2015, Matthew demonstrated attention to detail in handling prescriptions and patient communications. A foundational experience as a Customer Service Representative at Sitel in 2013 involved managing high volumes of customer inquiries regarding product issues. Matthew earned a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Durham University from 2012 to 2015, following education at Chesham Grammar School from 2005 to 2012.
