Alyssa Hudnall

Alyssa Hudnall has extensive experience in operations planning and quality management within the food industry. Currently serving as Operations Planning Director at B&G Foods Inc. since June 2015, Alyssa has held multiple roles including Operations Planning Manager and Sr Supply Planner. Previous experience includes positions at ACH Food Companies and Eurofins Group, where Alyssa advanced from a Laboratory Technologist to Regional Sales Manager. Earlier career highlights include work at AEGIS FOOD TESTING Laboratories and academic roles at Buena Vista University, complemented by research experience at the Shanghai Institute of Biological Sciences. Alyssa earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Chemistry, and General Science from Buena Vista University.
